DSSF Bioreactors

Suitable for Dynamic Solid State Fermentation and downstream operations under sterile conditions as well (patented)

Our DSSF Bioreactor and our DSSF Technology allows production under controlled conditions, supporting food, feed, Biotech, pharma, agro AI (Active Ingredient) production.

Downstream operations are performed in the same Bioreactor as well upon completion of the fermentation processes, so avoiding additional transfer to other equipment and contamination risks.

Furthermore there is no wastewater to be treated, so saving treatment plant and its operation costs.

The real Dynamic Solid State Fermentation (DSSF)

Proprietary hardware and software of the DSSF Bioreactor allows full control of the key process conditions. It includes Wi-Fi for mobile parts connectivity to PLC. All process data are accurately tracked and recorded for full product traceability.

Process steps, production cycle time and contamination risk are drastically reduced in DSSF Bioreactor unit.

Patented equipment and process.
